Unique structures and natural objects inspire me to create sculptural jewelry where organic components are set within contemporary frames. Polymer clay has been my main material of choice. I hand-form every piece of polymer clay jewelry with no use of commercial molds. All colors are the original colors of polymer, there is no paint applied. I use several techniques including caning, engraving, weaving, layering, needle brushing, and many others for which I don’t have names.
