Virginia has a small studio at her residence in Cranston, RI where she works designing her unique line of handcrafted jewelry. Her line is all genuine sterling silver with semi-precious stones or freshwater pearls combined in a unique way in her own distinctive style. Each high quality piece is designed and hand- crafted by the artist. The main techniques Virginia uses are casting and hand-fabricating. She works in sterling silver. The pieces can then be used in a variety of combinations, with different finishes and in conjunction with many types of sterling chains; copper, gold and silver leaf, semiprecious stone beads and fresh-water pearls. Many of Virginia's pieces have movable elements, which can inspire a tactile interaction with the piece. She is inspired by antiquity and by modern designs. Her pieces have a strong sense of modernity with a sculptural depth that translated into a work of art that can be worn.
