Husk Brooms offers handcrafted brooms and brushes for home, studio and outdoor sanctuaries. Using traditional broom making techniques, each broom is crafted with intention and functional to ensure a lifetime of use. Broom handles are sourced from fallen branches and driftwood off the coast of Lake Erie. Husk Brooms embraces sustainability through mindful material sourcing and prioritizes a minimal waste practice. Husk Brooms collaborates with fellow leather and woodworkers to reuse scraps for handles or hanging loops. Honoring the traditional craft of broom making, the production process is done on hand made tools and require minimal utilities. Husk Brooms aims to bring broom making into contemporary art spaces with modern styles, colors and uses. Handcrafted in Pittsburgh, PA.
