every garment starts out as white silk fabric i stretch onto horizontal frames. i hand paint each one separately using fiber reactive dyes and brushes...after heat setting the painted silk, i then cut/sew into my own timeless, flattering fashion styles that are one of a kind. Attention to color proportion, accent, drape, scale and how the completed garment looks on a body in motion continues to inspire and intrigue me.
