A love for nature and trees is core to my being. My ceramics capture the fleeting beauty of leaves in a permanent medium. My work is hand built high fire stoneware bowls and art pieces. Made with Pennsylvania stoneware clay, mineral colors and leaves. Each piece begins with a quiet walk in the woods on my rural Pennsylvania farm to draw inspiration and collect leaf material.
