Fine Craft and Art Shows at Chautauqua July 11–13 & August 8 –10, 2025
I hand form each original silver or gold component from hammering with my specially carved hammer to create each surface facet, to the final finishing. The champlevé enameling is hand pierced and then fine layers of enamel are applied to play with the light, achieve depth, and a 3D appearance. I strive to create jewelry that has a modern flare but still has a classic feel that spans the ages. Oneness with the natural world is important and being able to simplify the magnitude of textures forms and feelings down to a single ideal is my goal with this work.
