We design fused glass jewelry. The collection includes earrings, necklaces, bracelets and rings. We create custom templates to hand cut large sheets of colored art glass to the shapes we need and all scrap is used to "mosaic" our unique focal point necklaces. All the jewelry pieces are hand composed and fired in a glass kiln, some numerous times, to 1350+ degrees. Laura draws patterns which are custom etched on dicroic glass to create special effects. Some of the different collection pieces are worked "cold" -using drills, saws and acid etching. We are constantly pushing ourselves to try new techniques and enjoy experimenting with both new materials and techniques.
