I am a wood turner. I create art bowls and hollowform vessels, as well as functional (food-safe) utility bowls. I also create a variety of smaller functional items such as pens, pencils, bottle stoppers and bottle openers. I work with personally harvested local woods, as well as exotic woods from around the world. I also cast my own resin to create resin/organic hybrid 'blanks' that I then take to my lathe to turn into interesting and unique art pieces.
