"Look, it's us," is one of my favorite things to hear from a viewer. It means that I've captured an authentic moment or story that people can relate to: reading with a child, watching a bird in the winter, sharing a cup of coffee and the morning news together. They're simple moments that capture our simple stories. I use watercolor, pen and ink and acrylics on paper or canvas to create works that glow with light, color and the warmth of a good story.
